Contribuisci feedbackToday, I go to the walk up window to order a hot chocolate. I see a large cup wothout a lid with what looks like hot chocolate sitting by the cash register. After I order, the barista grabs the cup that has been sitting by the cash register and pours the content into the metal container. The barista places the metal container under the steamer to heat the contents up.When I told them that was not acceptable they ignored what I was saying about the hot chocolate sitting in a cup by the cash register and started talking g about the metal container they heat drink in.No matter how I tried to explain what I watched them do, they would not acknowledge my concerns. I wasn't rude or disrespectful but I was told I was.
Two days ago I stopped by the south salem location following a run. I’d had 15 minutes before I needed to start my work shift and there weren’t any cars. I came up to the window and waited two minutes before the baristas even noticed I was there, and once one of them came and opened the window they apologized. Following this they just stood there, staring blankly at the wall so I assumed it meant they wanted me to tell them my order, so I told them I wanted an iced 20oz white chocolate mocha with soy milk. As they began working on my drink they made it with 2%, but they were further away so I didn’t say anything yet to ask for this to be fixed. A car rolled up and two other baristas came from the back to help the car on the other side, and another employee came in from the back and began to talk to the employee that had been making my drink. Once this employee came from the back the employee making my drink stopped working on my drink and began to talk to this other employee. After two minutes of them not making any effort to complete my order, provide any customer service whatsoever or even wash their hands prior to beginning on the order I decided if they didn’t have any respect for me or my order or time there was no reason I should give some to them. Working with Dutch bros for over two years, I understand the desire to want to talk to coworkers and catch up, but the experience as a whole was something I’ve never seen any coffee shop ever do. Would not wish this on anyone and honestly will not be returning to this location any time soon. From the lack of cleanliness, to the awkward customer service when taking the order, to the messed up drink and lack of respect for their customers’ time as a whole I was extremely disappointed
My wife and I wanted to give this coffee spot a try. But I usually don't step out of my comfort zone until a few days ago. I ordered the mangoniada. Definitely put more flavor than any other coffee spots. All of the drinks were delicious. The staff were super kind, friendly and very patient. I have already gone back multiple times because the drinks are just to good.
I am pretty bummed to leave this review, I really liked Human Bean for a very long time.Recently I’ve been stolen from at this location. Tips were added without my consent. I tried resolving privately as I didn’t want 1 or 2 bad apples to damage the locations reputation. I called corporate and was told a manager would contact me a week ago, unfortunately that never occurred.I am also not a fan or the barista’s asking “did you want to leave a tip”. Again this isn’t all of them, just some.However on a positive note there is this gal that works there that knows me by name and asks me about my son by name and knows my wife’s tea order. She is a phenomenal employee, probably the only reason I stayed loyal for as long as I did. Also positive, every transaction I did with her was accurate and she never asked for gratuity.
Love the coffee, stopped going to dutch bros and won't even bother with Starbucks, however the keizer location is so much faster than the commercial st location. If there is more than one vehicle in line at the commercial st I don't even bother getting coffee because the wait time is too long
