I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I pre-ordered my meal four hours in advance to ensure everything would be available, but I was informed that the receipt would arrive only ten minutes before my scheduled time, by which point most items were sold out. I was told I needed to update my order, which I did, only to have it canceled. When I called the restaurant, I was told that my order hadn’t gone through at all! I was furious and ended up having to reorder through the Uber app, picking from whatever was still available. After that, I received a message saying my order was being prepared, then I was informed that the delivery person had canceled it. It was a complete joke! I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. I ended up ordering guarra gurara chops elsewhere, which are much better anyway. Honestly, I just had to share this – no apology or anything from them! Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere all scored a 1.
