Soulcraft Brewing - Salida

The beers were perfectly balanced and had a great style. The food was incredible. I ended up here tonight because another brewery I intended to visit in BV was closed for a private event, and it turned out to be the best stroke of luck ever. I enjoyed a five-beer flight along with some fried green tomatoes, green chili cheese fries, and a bacon cheeseburger with truffle fries. Everything was delicious. This place will definitely be a regular stop for me whenever I'm in town.

I stopped by while passing through and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding green chili burger and a selection of expertly crafted beers. The IPAs here are fantastic—they stick to the classic style and execute it beautifully. The flavors in the beer are excellent and well-balanced. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always attentive to their customers and enjoyable to converse with. I highly recommend this place!

Love their beer. Stopped in for a few beers and some food, sat at the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us! Bummer was hoping to give you all a 5 star review! ???? So off to Moonlight, never disappoints.

Nice atmosphere, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Had an attached food truck with decent burgers and snacks. We only tried four of the beers and they were adequate. The seasonal Poblano pepper it was really good, a nice hint of heat on the finish andthe coconut porter was nice and smooth. This definitely seemed like a place where the locals hang out which is nice.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and they even offer a military discount. The beer here is excellent as well.
