No lettuce on my veggie sandwich…and they can never figure out my address. Spent too much money on a sandwich for those things to happen.
Guys... get a handle on this store. I don't own a sandwich business but I know that when you can't handle the load you need to stop taking orders instead of allowing the employees to treat people awful. How many of these reviews are you going to ignore before you do something? Just don't order from this store. It's a terrible idea. An hour and a half later you still won't have food and the 3 times you call, no one will have an answer to where your food is, AND they will hang up on you because they don't care. Even if you are nice about it. This has happened 3 times now. The really upsetting part? I used to order from here at least 3 times a week for my employees. No more.
I love Jjs but this branch is a joke. Your management is awful and your employees aren’t much better. I get it, it’s covid, I work food service too. But if it’s an HOUR* long wait, shouldn’t we be communicating that at time of order ??... then the delivery driver has the audacity to be rude, informing me they’re down to 7 employees. That’s all the girl who took my order had to say was ‘hey, were short staffed, it’ll be an hour’. This place lacks professionalism. Delivering subs isn’t hard, and neither is being nice.
Ordered 3 sandwiches and it took 1:45 to get our food. Ordered at 5:30 pm and it was after 7:15pm before we got them. Never order from you again. If you are busy let your customers know. When i am spending over 25 on food would like it to be fresh not almost 2 hours old
