Red Lobster - Salina

Let me start by saying that Kyle F., also known as Lil K-DOT, should be called a sharpshooter because he truly aims to please! Make sure to ask if you can feed the lobsters in the tank - it's quite the experience!

We haven't visited this restaurant in a while, but unfortunately, we won't be returning. The food quality has declined and the service was subpar. The cleanliness of the place was the only positive aspect.

We arrived at 4 pm to avoid the crowds and also hoped to get fresh food as it was being prepared for dinner service. However, it took over 14 minutes to receive our drinks.

My partner and I visited this restaurant last Saturday, and I must say that we were very impressed with the service we received. We were seated quickly, and our waiter, Randall (I believe that was his name), was excellent. He had exceptional customer service skills, which are hard to find. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience at this establishment. Red Lobster has certainly maintained their high standards. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you're missing out!

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years, but I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. The food exceeded my expectations and Missy, our waitress, was excellent. She was attentive but not intrusive, and our courses were timed perfectly.
