Contribuisci feedbackOne person is working alone, handling both the drive-thru and the lobby. They are also managing online orders. Even though I waited for 10 minutes to place my order, they were swamped with online orders. It's disappointing to see how this place is being managed.
This Subway is awful. They always run out of food. Today they only had ham, turkey, and roast beef. Last time I went, I was so disappointed. Their hours of operation are also inconsistent. I have to wonder why they are still in business.
My family frequently visits this Subway location because it is conveniently close to our house and we love sandwiches. However, for many years we have been let down by this particular restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, our orders were often incorrect, and the service was lacking. Today, my daughter and I experienced a pleasant surprise when we received excellent customer service with smiling faces, quick assistance, and accurate orders. I am delighted to see an improvement and will definitely be returning soon.
For what? lunch after the couple made sandwich before me. the owner continued to make more sandwichs and more, but not to take my order, I was first in the line. I'll be there five minutes before I'm gone. this show is how much your customer really thinks. I will never visit this subway again.
Subway in Salina is a predictable stop when we travel from NE to TX. predictable yet good basic food and a clean venue. Easy access from the Interstate and a nearby gas stop make an easy pitstop for us.
