I still go because I love the food and I 'm hoping it gets better the next visit. After this visit, I may just not go anymore because it 's not improving. This most recent visit I chose the burrito bowl. As I got to the front where you order, I can see already they 're out of white rice. I love their white rice, so I asked will some come out? he said no there 's no more. Mind you, it 's only 6pm and not even close to closing time. I can understand if it 's almost closing, but come on IT 'S 6PM! I asked, can you go to the back and see if they 're making anymore? I don 't mind waiting. So he does, and and after what seems to be about 5 minutes, he actually brings some back. Now, onto the protein, their just about out of chicken too, not even enough for one portiion. So I ask about that and there 's none he said again, so I ask for all what they have and some steak to cover a full portion. He delivers. Onto the veg, I want corn and guess what, there 's none also. This time it 's another person doing that part. She goes to the back and says they 're out. How can they be out at 6pm? I ask again to please go look and again she insists, there 's none. Now there 's a big line right behind me that I 'm causing, but what to do? I get to the end to pay and I see there 's another station on the other side that makes to go orders or orders online. They have a full container full of corn there. I asked why didn 't I get some from that station, the girl said it 's only for to go or online orders only. At this point, I 'm done. Whatever the case maybe, it was only 6pm and they 're out of just about everything? The management and their procedures for this site needs to be addressed. I 'm extremely disappointed with the service here and their ways of handling the inventory of food. I 'm giving my local Chipotle 2 stars as the cleanliness is just about disgusting as well. There 's plenty table that haven 't been cleaned, food and napkins all over the floor. The drink area hasn 't been cleaned and there 's no more napkins and untensils. Three stars is what I 'm giving for Chipotle.
New location for me, but having had Chipotle from several locations in Colorado and California alike, I think I know what to expect. Whatever distractions were engaging the staff, their focus was definitely elsewhere. Love the food, but not watching it cool while the cashier plays phone messenger for a coworker in the back. Maybe it 's policy that nobody else could step up and fill the void, but to a customer it makes it seem like the other staff doesn 't care to complete the order and take the customer 's money. Still...the FOOD! So at least a second or even third chance because it 's the only Chipotle here. But it 's certainly not the only burrito-source available. So...strike one. ADDENDUM: Still a rave about the food...mostly. Chipotle makes the only guacamole I like better than my own, and this was the best guac I 've had at any Chipotle. Burrito was made exactly as I asked, and was as delicious as usual. Just one rant about the chewy, underdone chips. They still worked as a guacamole delivery device. But someone was in a rush to get them bagged, I think. (If I were to guess, I would check with whomever thinks the cashier is their social secretary. Of course, having said that, I can imagine all sorts of family emergencies that could have been the source of the distractions the evening. So take my rant just as I took the underdone chips: with an extra grain of salt...or two. And still just Strike One. The guacamole was truly that superb. FINAL ADDENDUM FOR THIS LOCATION (I.E., WE 'RE DONE : This is what we sent in response to the feedback our receipt invited: We were charged $8.40 for a half-filled bowl of rice (nothing but white rice as 'Veggie 3 Pointer ' when our granddaughter 's fuller bowl is usually under $4. We questioned the charge and it was noted that the cashier was following the directive of an aggressively demanding male crew member. This was the same crew member who had been bullying (no other word adequately describes his treatment of her a clearly inexperienced female crew member whom he had relieved at the tortilla steamer and then addressed disparagingly enough that she was too flustered to double-wrap the burrito in the proper direction.
It was good not that bad good place for vegans to eat at .... I would go back the employee need to be more friendly
Ive been eating Chipotle since they first opened in Colorado over a decade ago. One of my favorite establishments without a doubt. However, this location offers one of the worst experiences Ive had time and time again. The vibe is very depressing and always seems like staff is short causing delays and quality control issues. This is understandable considering covid, but this place is disgusting. Overflowing trash cans, everything is sticky and hasnt been wiped down from what I can see and this was before a rush. Id hope this place can get it together because it certainly diminishes my love for this place. Guess Ill have to find a Qdoba lol
This is probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. Its still good but lacking in one major area. It is literally ALWAYS out of at least one thing. One time I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. Another, they were out of veggies and weren't getting any more. Last night, they were out of chips at like 4 and said they wouldn't be getting any more. Really? Get it together! :
