Manila Ranch - Salinas

The owners are very friendly and inviting. They offer all my traditional favorites, such as chicken and pork adobo, pancit, mongo, sinigang, caldereta, and their BBQ skewers are truly outstanding. They also cater to larger gatherings and provide lechon as well.

This restaurant is amazing! The owner provides exceptional service, and the pancit and chicken adobo are truly remarkable. The only drawback is that they only accept cash.

We arrived just two minutes before closing, so we didn't expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh and served steaming hot. We ordered the adobo chicken, two varieties of beef, and pork belly, and everything was absolutely delicious! My husband and I devoured it like hungry wolves. The quality of the food was exceptional, and this restaurant truly deserves all the praise it can get. Everyone should give this fantastic food a try. I can't recommend it enough!

I got a nice meal today for undet $7 bucks. I got a BBQ Chicken stick, with some white rice a Pepsi. It was cheaper more tasty then a burger fry from some fast food joint.

Experienced another delicious dinner at The Manila Ranch. Absolutely excellent delicacy from the Philippines... Chicken Adobo, BBQ pork, Pansit and my favorite lumpia... I love there vegetable lumpia. Excellent hours: 9am to 11 PM pleasant staff and Karaoke on Friday evenings ! Professional Management by Ronald Rola. I will be back with my family!
