Rafael Mexican Grill - Salinas

Was craving Menudo this past Sunday and stopped at Rafael Grill Restaurant to go and bought some Quesabirria tacos for the hubby. The Menudo was delicious and it was a generous portion. Good ratio of sauce and meat in Menudo. Hubby really liked their Quesabirria Tacos with the sauce. He enjoyed it so much he went back for lunch the next day! Decor is simple but nice and I love the family Photos they added to show who inspired them to cook the way they do. Service was friendly and you are able to see the kitchen their cooking in. Kitchen was very clean and the team cooking was all in sync with each other. They must have a lot of to go orders cause they were preparing quite a bit when I arrived. Looking forward to having their Menudo again. Enjoy!

I absolutely recommend this location. Restaurant provides great customer service; everyone is friendly,, attentive and courteous. Restaurant is clean and that to me is a big plus. Food portion and prices are reasonable worth every dollar as food is very delicious. 100% for sure, no doubt will be returning to this restaurant.

Their shrimp tacos were delicious. A little disappointed in the fish taco I had their. Hardly any fish in the taco. I had carnitas dinner one evening and it was average. Good service

I have been coming here since I remember maybe 2016 and it is my favorite Mexican Food Restaurant. Friendly staff, Friendly owners, great food. If I want to customize a plate, they always do it without issues.

I don’t eat Mexican food all the time. But when I do, this place is my first choice. I love getting food here. The asada fries are the bomb and the California burrito, boy that is the best burrito I have ever eaten that’s not a breakfast burrito. I so love to eat here and if you love Mexican food I highly recommend it. This place is delicious!!!
