Burger King - Salinas Ca

It was OK. The tacos were OK. First time ever having them. Still prefer jack in the boxes over burger King's.

Told us it’s closed but still took orders from people after us.

The lady that assisted me in the drive thru, she was a person that doesn't know the definition costomer service. She didn't even give napkins and a straw. She didn't even say thank u!

WORST BURGER KING EXPERIENCE EVER... Everything here was horrible... We walk in the establishment and there is no one in line.. Me and my mom were waiting for the young lady cashier (looked like a high school student or something, short dark complexion, didn't get her name) to finish texting. She then looked up at us and rudely told my mom to stand at the other cash register that had no worker. She then continued to text and ignore us. Finally she stood in front of us and told us what we wanted to order. After ordering, we walked to serve ourself fountain drink. I witnessed the dirtiest machine ever!!!!! No ice, no lids, no straws and no napkins in sight. The garbage can was overflowing and looked disgusting. The kitchen was a nightmare. After we got our order we struggled to find a seat to dine in because they were very dirty and unsanitary. I highly recommend DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself from going through a very bad experience. Don't forget, look at my pictures and be the judge!!!!!!!

Great hamburgers, should also have large baked potatoes..
