Chick-fil-a - Salinas Ca

Great quality food.!! Disappointing costumer service. Several of my orders were wrong. One time missing fries (call them up right away) and many times the fries were not even half way full. I mean I'm a regular costumer and will keep going but check your bag first. Quality food deserves some quality costumer service.

05/14/2022 I ordered the 4 count chicken tender box $6.89 at the counter TO-GO. The store was clean with fresh flowers on all the tables. The restroom was clean as well. My tenders were fresh and I received 3 sauces when I thought I might only get one.

The drive-thru is well organized here for quick service and the meals are served fast in the dining room as well. The iced coffee and lemonade are great refreshers on a hot day.

Great customer service. It feels like the workers want to be there. So many places now days the workers look like they have been forced to ask you for your order. And further it if you need something. This place wins in food quality and customer service!

I hate to have to only give this restaurant one star ????, but the fries were cold, I would have taken them back, but I didn't have the time to. I have enjoyed the food on other visits, I just hope the next time I do visit, my fries will be fresh to order. And I'll be more than happy to give them a five star ????, review.........
