Sarku Japan - Salinas Ca

Probably one of my favorite mall chain foods to get, food is good and prepared fresh, but I noticed that the quantity is getting smaller and smaller.

This used to be my favorite place to pick up food. Though I was greatly disappointed in my last visit. They weren't busy, and their was just one person behind me. I ordered the Terri chicken with half rice and half noodles with veggies (and asked for 3 extra sides of chicken and also an order of tempura shrimp) after driving all the way back home, and open the plate to find barely a normal order of chicken and they never even gave me the tempura shrimp I paid for too. And to try and call to advise them forget it, they never answer! So here I was disappointed and also now felt ripped off for paying for items i never received..

I have noticed that his Sarlu branch is so stingy! All rice few Chicken and paid a lot!!

The food is always so good I go there very often also the service is amazing 10 out of 10Ps. Ask for extra sauce when you get your plate ?

Kinda a regular now. The noodles and chicken teriyaki is great. Has a good flavor too it and not dry at all. Also have tried it with the white rice and also very good. If you do take out they even give you some nice take out containers with extra sauce.
