Contribuisci feedbackCooks should pay attention to orders…every time we have ordered they always get the order wrong. You ask to add or leave something out and they don’t do it. Also, they tell you to wait after the customer in front of you leaves. I asked one day why and they said something like it makes them look good that the orders are being made quicker than they are. Really?? Isn’t it cheating????
Drive thru taco bell on boronda. I asked for the combo boxes that had checked on their website said $5 dollars surprised as prices have gone up..when i saw the price realized they're over $9 so i changed my order. When this guy gave the total joking around he said 40 laughing than 30 than he gave the right total..when i got to the window 3 employees just looked at me and had comments and laughed when he opened the window i told him that i wasn't asking for the deal just letting him know that they have old price on the website..the point is that they laugh at me like Im suppose to know their menu pricing. I did tell thank him for making fun of me when I left..i worked customer service before and thats not how you threat a customer ?
Once again months, years weeks later I try to come here. It takes 15+ minutes to get help in drive thru. They missed drink. Didn't give straw after giving drink. They fudge the timing system by not having you pull up. It was a mobile order on top of all of that. Which should he quicker..NOPE second worst taco bell in salinas
3 taco bells in this town and this one is the best no long lines and great customer service Great job taco bell.
It was very quiet but fast while waiting inside, would recommend!
