Papa John's Pizza - Salisbury

The delivery service was terrible. It took three and a half hours, and I still haven't received my order. Service rating: 1.

I waited over two hours and made eight calls, only to be met with endless excuses. My pizza never arrived, and the store refused to issue a refund. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but that never happened. It was a terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place. One of the worst meatfeast pizza’s/pizza’s I’ve ever had, ’no better than a microwaveable Chicago town pizza from Tesco. And, it was late and just about warm and for a meatfeast pizza there was about 2 pieces of meat per slice (that’s being generous). Embarrassing really. Never again will I eat from here!! Pay slightly more and get a domino’s or pay less and get a Tesco value pizza for the same quality Service: Delivery
