Dunkin' - Salisbury

TW: MOLDY FOOD My husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and while we were enjoying them after waiting 25 mins for the DoorDash to be delivered we noticed something green in the egg so we took a further look and we saw that the whole egg has been spoiled, I tried to call the store to let them know and they had no regard for customer safety, spoiled food below, do better Dunkin.

Just ordered a chai late with extra chai flavor, hot. And they tried to give me an iced one, and I asked for a hot one like I ordered. I guess they didn’t appreciate that because they took a very long time to redo it, and handed me a regular late instead....it tastes terrible and I have work so I don’t have time to task for a second redo. Thanks for the coffee I definitely didn’t order.

Love Love LOVE this dunkin!! Been going here for yearssss. Try a wake up wrap! Bacon, sausage, ham, just cheese. They aren’t kidding, I could run on those all day long, they really are a wake up. My favorite drink (not a coffee fan) is the vanilla bean coolatta. They’ve also got good hot cocoa, don’t sleep ! Now the donuts. Don’t even get me started. Cream, no cream, frosting, glazed, munchkins… sooo many options!! Seasonal donuts and drinks add even more variety. They have some pretty innovative additions too, such as the bagel bites WITH CREAM CHEESE INSIDE? Mind blown. I don’t know about America, but I for sure run on dunkin.

I love the way the ice coffee tasteThey have so many combinations you do. My favorites are mocha, Carmel, raspberry and blueberry. Their Hot coffee you can do flavor combinations also.

Absolutely ridiculous how much this place has gone down hill. Between having to wait in drive thru or inside for over 10 minutes most of the time, then having wonderful customers pay it forward only to get to the window for your $15 an hour employees not checking what they 're handing out the window. They can 't make a Macchiato for$ ! anymore, or give out the proper coffee.Espresso should be pulled before the water is gone in order to not burnand be bitter. It 's beyond frustrating that this keeps happening. Can 't even get what you pay for.
