Hardee's - Salisbury

I just visited the restaurant a little while ago and noticed they were a bit understaffed, much like my own workplace. We didn’t mind the wait. The cashiers and the servers were incredibly sweet and even gave us some extras! It was clear they were working hard, and they even wished us a happy Mother’s Day, making us feel very welcome. I will definitely come back any day of the week if I know this team is working together again—they were just too lovely!

I've always liked Hardee's in the past, but my experience at this location was disappointing. While I appreciated the lively music playing at the drive-thru, I was frustrated by being overcharged and receiving no straw or napkin, along with an undercooked burger. I also questioned whether the two employees had washed their hands. I'm not usually one to voice complaints, but this experience was significant enough to warrant one. The only positive aspect was the quick service, but unfortunately, it came at the expense of a properly cooked burger.

We waited in the drive-thru today and were pleasantly greeted by Nicole! Even though the restaurant was busy and somewhat understaffed, she kept things moving smoothly. She was friendly, polite, and genuinely caring, all while maintaining a constant smile! Hardee's is lucky to have an employee like her, and she absolutely deserves a raise!

The fries were Luke warm. They did not give me any straws or napkins in my bag. Never had this happen in other drive thru.

For fast food breakfast, this is my favorite location! The staff are always very kind. The biscuits are fresh, the proteins are fresh. I will travel from rural eastern Rowan county to eat at this very restaurant!
