They are short staffed everyone is working double time doing 2 jobs or more. So the service is a little delayed, but that is not a negative because they all do a dam good job . So relax a little and enjoy the ambience your company a little. The food is spot on, as busy as they were I asked them for an app that was not on the menu said no problem made it. Ordered the Chicken Zingara Sauteed boneless chicken breasts with sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, sea scallops, and green peas in a lemon butter wine sauce. It was on point! Then I received a piece of cheese cake tiramisu again on point! on the house! thank you! I will be making reservations for my birthday next year! Not to mention both the owners are in the back putting out the food themselves so you already know there is a lot of love coming out of that kitchen! So do yourself a favor, you owe it to yourselves stop by stay a while and enjoy!
Neo is very GF friendly which is a huge plus for me! I had the GF penne ala vodka with chicken and it was delicious. Servers were kind and attentive. Comfortable atmosphere and kid friendly.
Tried Neo for the first time was really disappointed. The appetizer was supposed to be stuffed mushrooms with seafood, was tasteless. The mashed potatoes for entree tasted like instant, asparagus was undercooked and the steak had quite a bit of grizzle on it. Not what I would have expected from a classy restaurant. Prices were high for low grade food, will not be going back. Don't waste your time or money.
Waited 1.5 hours for gross salmon and salad. How does it take 1.5 hours for that? Was not allowed to cancel order after 1 hour and just pay for appetizer and drinks consumed. Dinner cost over $100 with tip and we felt scammed beyond belief. Live music was way too loud. People next to us got full refund for gross oily pasta and burnt pizza. My table was not allowed to order pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The appetizers are good (especially calamari and arancini) but don't bother with any of the entrees. The chicken madeira was truly awful, but other entrees were just flavorless. Service was good and the atmosphere is nice. They were accommodating for a large group.
