It would have been much better if he had simply corrected my order without raising his voice and shifting the blame. It was a very rude experience, and I definitely won’t be returning. I would recommend going to Manna instead.
I ordered three sushi rolls but ended up receiving only two rolls and a piece of eel. When I requested a refund, the sushi chef, who I believe is also the owner, told me it was my fault that the order was incorrect. It was a strange and rude experience. I definitely won't be returning, and neither will the people who were with me.
To be honest, it shouldn't take over 30 minutes to prepare a 20-piece meal. Usually, this location manages time quite well, but after the busy period nearly an hour earlier, we were met with an unexpected attitude. We were told that we should have indicated it was a rush order, despite already waiting for thirty minutes. It's quite frustrating. The food quality remains good, but I think we'll pass on our next visit.
Very bad experience, he gave me the wrong food. It was 64$ online order. Order was messed up.Worst customer service, he dont even know how to talk with his his customers.Not recommended at all.Deserve 0 stars
Got delivery (through Grubhub) and my 3 itmes were missing. And driver had to wait 43 mnts there. It was just rude. I wouldn't give a single star based on that food and customer service but the food (got it twice) isn't worth upping the stars. Will not order again. Not Recommended.
