Food was good but the attitudes towards customers and how long the food takes makes it not

Everytime I go to this Wendy’s my experience has been horrible. Tonight I go there the only thing that was good was my drink and my fries. The service was actually good for a first but the food is disgusting. Everytime I order a burger it’s old dry and just bad looking. I don’t know what kind of management they have but at this point I don’t see what keeps them open. No one should be allowed to sale old patties. The burger so hard I could throw it at someone’s forehead and give them a lump. Feels like a piece of charcoal. It’s a disgrace how people run a business now.

My biggest issue was how dirty and nasty the ladies room was. Paper all over the floor. Toilets had rings in them that could be scrubbed. Floor definitely needed washing. Ketchup containers were opened from the top and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week or longer. Ketchup wouldn't even come out and 2 tiny containers for the Ketchup in the area designated for many more

Food may be good but they close half hour prior to hours posted. I ordered a milkshake and after paying on a previous visit I was told I could come get it another day. The cashier didn't know how to give refunds and were too short handed for anyone to help. So all that being said I get no food tonight half an hour before closing because they are closed. I also still don't get my milkshake. Burger King, here I come. I think I'll take a Whopper!!!

If you ever need an eleven dollar hammer just order one of their burgers. The bun was rock hard and bone dry. The burger was a sloppy mess as usual, no complaints about what was in between the buns. Fries were almost warm and after repeating my order 3 times the guy taking the order missed the taco salad. 20 minutes after consuming this I found myself speeding towards home in hopes of not leaving a nasty smell and brown stain on my car seat. Next time I'm in need of a hammer and laxative combo I know right where to get it.
