Contribuisci feedbackI recently went to this restaurant with my mom, who had just moved to Salmon Arm. I have to say, we both enjoyed the best burger and fries we've had in a long time. The atmosphere was also very relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you, ladies!
I love the staff and food at this restaurant. It's an excellent place that we visit at least once a week.

We have been here a few times. Usually quite busy, a good sign. Food is good, there are daily specials. Service is friendly and efficient
My little sister and I used to go to Jane's all the time. It was kind of our place. The customer service has plummeted downhill because of a rude staff and a stubbornness to fix mistakes without charging the customer. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome on our visit to Jane's Place. When we walked in, we asked very politely to the lady at the counter if she thought anyone would be leaving any time soon just so we could start planning our lunch. She said, "I don't know. Look around." Luckily a table started to get up and offered me and my sister the table they had been sitting at. We thanked them and took our seat at their used table. Our waitress, Emma, came and it seemed that she just did not like us from the beginning. Everything she said to us had a annoyed tone, no smile, and short responses. We ordered some mozzarella sticks but didn't realize that they didn't come with marinara sauce, instead, it was ranch. My younger sister is pregnant so she had some specific cravings. The waitress took awhile to check on us, and when we asked her if there was any marinara sauce that we could order she just said no in her tone and stared at us as if it were a ridiculous request. So we thanked her and ended the awkward conversation that we obviously shouldn't have started. Then, our food comes. My younger sister forgot to order no bacon on her caesar salad. She tried to pick it out, but there was too much. So we wait for her to check on us again. When she did come back my sister apologized and was honest and said she had forgot to order it without bacon and that she couldn't eat it and asked if it could be redone. The waitress was rude about it and said she would probably have to charge her. So she didn't order another salad and had that one taken away. Then, the waitress went to the back and was very obviously complaining about us and telling the other waitresses what happened. We didn't even finish half of either of our meals because we felt unwelcome and left. The bill came to 40 ish dollars and they still charged us for the salad that we sent back without taking even a bite out of. Merry Christmas. :(
