Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT, but received two spicy Italians instead. When I called to let them know about the mix-up, the staff didn't seem very concerned about resolving the issue, and the guy with long black hair was somewhat rude. However, Jerome spoke with me, and he was very friendly. From now on, I will only place my orders when either Jerome or Jesse is working.
This restaurant was disappointing. The server claimed that the sweet onion teriyaki was a new sandwich, but they were out of it. What? It's been available for years! The meat wasn't freshly sliced, and the banana peppers had a bad taste. I won't be returning.
Had very positive experience at this Subway. The service was good and food was as expected for Subway. I’ve been in multiple times and always have the same pleasant experience.

I've visited this restaurant before while traveling and never had any issues. However, today we encountered a very rude lady who seemed easily offended, possibly just by our arrival. It felt like everything we asked for was an inconvenience to her. For instance, my brother received a sandwich with hardly any filling, and when he tried to request more toppings, she acted like he was taking too long. Instead, she walked over to another section and shouted to the new customers that she'd be with them shortly. In the end, my brother decided to just accept what was on the sandwich to get out of there. We had planned to dine in, but the negative atmosphere was overwhelming. The only silver lining was that one guy was nice and helpful; I really wish we had been served by him instead.
