Sumo Sushi - Salon-de-Provence

A bit of a mix of Korean and Japanese food. We got takeout but had some trouble with the ramen noodles being extremely over cooked. We had a selection of sashimi that held up well and was well prepared. Rolls were a bit tight and came open, but again tasted pretty good. Rice was under seasoned for Japanese sushi but along expectations for Korean style.

Great time. Very warm welcome, the staff is very kind and the food is delicious! The prices are also very affordable. I will not hesitate to come back, I recommend!

A very good restaurant, on the Japanese and Korean side. we tested the à la carte dishes as well as the buffet and we were surprised. The price of the buffet is certainly higher than elsewhere, but the quality of the products is unmatched, as is the variety. I highly recommend discovering Korean cuisine
