Black Bull S.c.p. - Salou

Overall really love English pub . Went for a fish and chips a few team and was overall nice . However on my last visit my chicken and ham pie was completely frozen in the middle . It was my first time ever sending food back but as it was frozen and the mash potatoes was coldit was not safe or now could I eat it . I let one of the workers know and they were lovely . They said they would get me another one and then reached for the freezer and lifted out a pie . I said no I’ll just have what person beside me was having as theirs was lovely and warm . My next plate was delicious. Overall lovely place just be careful

Went here for a breakfast, really nice food, good portion sizes, super friendly staff and very fair prices, highly recommend if you want a tasty, well priced english style breakfast!

Visited here on the final morning of our holiday in Salou recently as wanted a change to the hotel breakfast. Got there at 10am when the restaurant opened and my family joined me about 15 mins later. One lady takes the drinks order and the other Jackie takes the food orders. They only have a small kitchen and this was explained to us so orders have to be staggered. Overall we waited over an hour for our food, usually we would have walked out by then but I had to get to the airport straight after so had no time to go anywhere else. Given the fact it was explained to us about the kitchen situation, that was the other reason we decided to stay. When the breakfast did arrive, it more than made up for the wait. I had the Full house, and it was fab. Freshly cooked and coffee in an actual mug, yes a mug. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely return again, but I had to point out the wait time for others who may not be as patient. I'm sure it isn't that long all the time but do bear in mind that if it is busy, you are likely to have a wait. Your on holiday, so if you do decide to visit, just sit back and chill.

Stayed in the golden port and always had a walk into town every morning and on the way back stop at the bull for a wine and cider,good prices and very nice staff,2 nights of our stay went to the quiz and bingo and had a great time,always packed and everyone mixed and enjoyed it,if back in salou again we will be back to the bull
