Absolutely fantastic, eat and drink in a fabulous combination. recommended for anyone who is curious. champagne and history of the buøy farm before they go to the table. visit the website and reserve a table before they go, or call them to see if they can jump in.

The owners wanted to try to get something to get financial support for the old respectable farm so they could take care of them. one of them was a cook and they chose to invest in catering. I would say that is very successful and they have absolutely amazing good eating! there are some different menus, depending on what they have access and how many dishes this should be. they work as functional spaces and take orders. highly recommended!

This must be at the very top of Norway! Wonderful food in a historic setting. Easy to get in good contact with the host. Very ambitious eatery, but at the same time informal and unpretentious.
