Arctic Circle - Salt Lake City

I ordered some bubble gum ice cone for my toddlers, and the little dark haired lady with the lower lips piercing treated my order on the window without gloves after coughing into her hands and scratched her head like crazy. My children didn't eat the cones we threw away. Workers are so inconvenient and evil.

Normally pretty good, but this time I tried a blackberry shake and it tasted freezer burns... will stay away from fruit shakes in the future.

Artic Circle used to be good. But with the higher prices it is hard to compete with others. I also ordered the 4 offers and did not get rid of them. They are included. wish better

Came here for a meeting with some online friends in Utah. Arctic Circle holds a special place in my heart so it was a big meeting place! The staff was very friendly! We've all checked on our group once to make sure we're okay. The place was sunk. The chairs were still on, the mats rolled up, sticky spots on the floor. This is not a beloved place. But a place of work

The most unorganized one I've been to first we stood in front of the register while the gal stood there and doodle on paper for a few then our shakes were done long before our food the shift manager was yelling because there where 7 orders on the board but not one order was complete when the gal who was at the register got our food I watched her put the wrong burger in our bag so I opened it she fixed it after shift manager yelled my burger was done upon leaving I told them I hope they can pull it together and the gal that took our order said we are busy as she still stood there doodling on paper she said it's the cooks well if I was manager I'd close the doors and have a staff meeting because you're team can and will be affected when one person sinks the ship. I'll continue to go to 3900 s store for now they have it together
