Arctic Circle - Salt Lake City

I'll never visit this restaurant again. First, this place is a garbage dump. The floors were sticky, the remaining room was dirty and rusty. The service is brilliant. When we moved up there were 5 cars in the drive thru. 35 minutes later we had not moved a single inch. We went to the store to order and the store had 2 groups of people. It wasn't busy. I don't know why they're so slow. But it's like every visit. The food is good. But the halibut has changed. The price is 15, but it is half the size it was earlier and honest, I don't think it was Halibut. The worst part of this low-grade food facility is the fact that they are higher than any other fast food facility. A big soda with taxes was 3.59. the small fry and 4 small fish sticks was 14.99 a small shake 5 walking They are not here, they do not offer the quality they use to have the low quality products and harmful prices. If I gave them a zero star.

No stars. At 9:30. The back door was open and the staff were laughing at the back. When we said hello, they closed the door and hid. Saw there for 15 minutes and they just hid in their backs. So unprofessional

I used to say 5 stars, but they changed the chicken strips and everything is more expensive. Not only is the bread different, but the chicken is smaller strips and not almost so good. I hope it's just a problem of supply chain and they're able to get back to what it was. Extremely disappointed by quality and price.

This place used to be great a year ago, but now the staff is terrible. They forget every time I come. Last time the Shake and this time his fries were. The food is great, but so do yourself a favor and drive on 4700S just west of 215 a few minutes away. Staff hate his job.

We ordered 4 meals.. it Took over 30 mins. The drive through was the most aweful wait. They had multiple employees out back reviving their car engine while customers tried to order. In front of me. I got to the window. They didn 't give us napkins, no straws, never apologized for the long wait. When I asked to speak to a manager the kid literally shrugged his shoulders and said "not my issue "and left me waiting for my food. By the time. I got my hamburger my chicken sandwich was cold. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION !!!! They need to close this particular location.. or hire actual real employees to work not play around...
