Chick-fil-a - Salt Lake City

Waited 15 minutes for shakes that were ready in seconds and left to sit on the counter. We watched and even asked and just got blank stares until asking a third time…The teenagers working this location are either incredibly lazy or lacking enough brain cells to do their jobs. I've seen many near car accidents because of the line backing up on 21st. Seems acceptable to me. Update — went back and did the drive thru and it was a great experience. This place is the worst!!!! I always order ahead but can never get into the parking lot because the only entrance is blocked by the drive thru. It’s actually the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Almost got in an accident cause of their line seeping out into the road.

It's fast food. It's pretty good. Kinda expensive and the chicken sandwiches are pretty small, but it's fast food. If you want some pretty good fast food go here. Parking can be a big issue and the drive-thru line often backs up through the parking lot out into the road and down the road. The restaurant was clean and the employees were helpful.
