Chunga's - Salt Lake City

Worst Torta de Milanesa ever! The meat was so freaking thin and dry as beef Jerky. Just look at the picture. I told them about the issue and they only said ok, I'll let the cook know. No offer to make a new one or reimbursement.

Mt wife and I found Chunga’s on a list of top Salt Lake City restaurants but were disappointed because the food was not special. I got the tacos and she had the enchilada-style burrito. Courteous, prompt, friendly service, the churro had to have been one of the top 3 best I've ever eaten in my life. Delicious whipped cream and sweet custard sauce made the crunchy churro extra delicious.

Pretty authentic Mexican food. Portions were on the smaller side. But taste was on point!

Quick service, good food, decent prices. I love small, unassuming places like this. The tacos were legit, albeit a little small (street style). Really great flavors all around.
