Gurkhas Indian And Nepali Cuisine

I hate when the restaurants use leftovers for the new meal orders. It definitely hurts your reputation and enlarging your customer base.Ordered veggie platter and chili chicken.Don’t have any expectations for customer service from Indian Cuisine because there is not.But appetizer wasn’t warm that’s the first score. And personally I do not provide any feedback about the temperature of the food, because you can’t miss it!Chili chicken was made from the leftovers from the buffet. Got a meal from tandoori chicken. Good for the home economy but not for the customers.Taste was not bad but I go out for the experience not put food in my stomach.

I truly want to adore this restaurant. It has a fantastic menu, a great location, and a lovely atmosphere. However, the food leaves much to be desired. I tried a few chicken dishes, and they all tasted like dried-out jerky. It felt as if we were being served leftovers from lunch or the previous night. On the bright side, the naan was excellent. Unfortunately, everything else missed the mark.

Great service! Was recommended the mango pudding and it was delicious. I was pretty full from the also amazing dinner so couldn’t finish the pudding and my waiter came out with a to-go cup that he had even added extra mango pudding to because I had loved it so much. Very sweet!

I’ve been to Gurkhas before and have had nothing but good experiences. However, this recent visit was different. The friendly service was normal and the food tasted great. All be it the spice level could’ve been higher even when I ordered a 6/7 on their spice level and didn’t even taste it.The bad came later when both my girlfriend and I got violently sick to our stomachs. I have never gotten sick off of Indian food like this before. I won’t be back to Gurkhas, sorry to say.

Beautiful restaurant, the food was incredible and the display was also incredible. Very nice restaurant in salt lake city. Only complaint was the waiting tine took longer than expected but otherwise it was absolutely perfect
