Hruska's Kolaches - Salt Lake City

The workers appeared to be cheerful and humorous. The sausage, egg, and jalapeño sandwich was excellent—definitely a better choice than any fast food breakfast sandwich. Plus, the prices are reasonable!

If you're looking for kolaches in Salt Lake City, this is your only option (unless you count the breakfast bundle at Maverik). Fortunately, this place makes some really delicious kolaches! Hruska’s was definitely worth the trip.

The food is delicious and consistently fresh, accompanied by excellent service. I'm pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is to enjoy a hearty breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ten years ago I had some of the Hruska’s homemade kolaches when their family made them for fun, often sharing them within our church youth group. There has been years of expertise and tradition developing these recipes and the result is really good kolaches. Probably the best you’ll find.
