Mcdonald's - Salt Lake City

I have no bad experience in this place, but today the dame was in the second window at breakfast and lunch rude. my employees and I visited this place because he is right next to us. she had a job when I went to breakfast and lunch. I get that everyone has bad days, but two bad experiences from the same employee on a day.

I’ve never had a bad time at this McDonalds. I hate going to another location now. Every visit I’m taken care of with no issue, and they are normally friendly too. I don’t know what the put in those guys, but they’re doing a great job.

I have never got my order correct at this location. If the food is all there, sauces are wrong or entirely missing. The soda is flat and even if we triple check the prompter, I still receive the wrong food. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but the one down the street is way more accurate.

I thought I was missing a sausage patty with my big breakfast order. Jeff promptly corrected the perceived problem with a new patty. After I started eating the eggs I noticed the patty was hiding beneath the eggs. I let Jeff know it was my error. He was very understanding. I was impressed that Jeff believed that the error was on the part of the restaurant and did not question my complaint. I was a little embarrassed that I had made the error but Jeff made me feel at ease. Jeff visited our table to check on us as if we were eating at a fancy restaurant. This McDonalds location has really stepped up their game. It is employee’s like Jeff that will keep us coming back. This is the type up customer service that is rare these days. Last time I came both of the Fish Filets I got were clearly not fresh. Tonight I was paying with the app that I use frequently, the first window told me to pull forward and the lady at the second window was very hard to understand. She was very frustrated and it seemed quite out of place for a simple payment misunderstanding. You’re better served going to a different location.
