Post Office Place - Salt Lake City

Came here while waiting for dinner at Takashi. Ambiance is a huge factor when it comes to visiting places, and this place was fantastic. Had an opportunity to get the brussel sprouts as well, FANTASTIC. While some places don't always have crispy brusselsprouts, this place definitely did not disappoint. Also shown here is the tuna tartare $4/chip) which had a nice Indian flavorkick in there.

Stumbled into this place on a Wednesday, Japanese whiskey night. Good selection of whiskies (Matsui the Peated single malt, here's looking at you). Both cocktails we had were also well put together and delicious. What a gem! The food is amazing. We are already planning to return. (We had the taro scotch egg, chicken liver pate, pozole, hamachi sashimi with mouhamara, and the pork belly wrapped scallops). Thank you chef for a wonderful meal.

Worth a visit!Stopped in for a drink while on the waitlist for Takashi which is connected.The waitress was very nice. The Pop Cup was a nice drink. Will come back.
