Suehiro Japanese - Salt Lake City

I heard good things about this restaurant, so I was eager to try it. I ordered sashimi, which was really good, and chicken teriyaki, that was lousy, maybe there for the sushi? I was unimpressed.

The best japaner in utah!!!!. I am so glad that we have at least an excellent Japanese restaurant in utah. I love everything on the menu. my man has always taken sushi until he has tried his California roll, we have to order three rolls now, because 1 he does not want to share, 2 he always rolls 2 and 3 of course one for me. teriyaki is perfectly cooked, try the bark it is my favorite and most meal times come with an salat, it is another thing that we love to order. the Bento meal times or so huge I never finish it, so take it to lunch the next day after home. you have to try, you won't be disappointed!

New property needs help! I sit in suehiro for the last 60 minutes with only suppe, salat and an empty drink to show for my invested time. in the past, the service was good and eating excellent. but tonight, their service has taken a nasen dive! nor have you look at our box dinner after another 15 minutes and another complaining to our server arrived our eating barely warm. I would eat a b and the service a f at the end we have got our meal free.

Great! they have best sushi ever! now this place is my Japanese restaurant favorite in utah. I recommend this place definately!

Heart Broken. This has been my favorite restaurant for many years. We had heard it came under new ownership and that the quality was not the same and sadly it is true. Portion sizes are much smaller and filled with oil (what happened to the salad dressing) I am so sad. We moved a few years ago and travel over 45 Min to enjoy our favorite restaurant but after our meal tonight we will NEVER return. Corners have been cut and not for the better~ I am so broken hearted.
