Didn't get the right amount of food the first time, then went back to get what was missed and still gave us something we did not order, worse service ive ever had at a taco

Food was fresh service was great, what else can you ask for?

I only use this place because it 's conveniently located by my home. The food is mediocre, I believe they use the same grease between the chicken and the taco bell. I won 't order the Mexican pizza from this location. The shell tastes like old greasy cardboard. The customer service is hit or miss, and they usually forget something, or they are out of it, Trying to order a chicken pot pie is near impossible because they are currently out.

We tried to stop here to eat, and the doors were locked, despite it only being approximately 7pm. The drive-through was open, but we walked there. When I called and asked if they were closed in the lobby, the employee answered in the affirmative, but gave no details. When I asked if these were new hours or just for today, and why, he stated that there was something wrong with the restrooms, and hung up.
