The cheesecake was good as was the service. I don't get the appeal personally, this was the second time I've been and neither was a great experience.
First time I'm going to a Cheesecake Factory that doesn't allow pets, even when sitting outside and even though it's in a pet-friendly mall (and yes, the restaurant has an outdoor patio). So we ordered the food and took it to eat in the mall. But to our surprise, we saw another family was allowed to sit outside with their dog. So... what is the rule?
We went there at a Saturday afternoon with a party of 8. Unfortunately. It was unfortunately not possible to get a table for all of us, so we ended up with a booth and a table after 60 minutes waiting. Apart from that the food was good and the service as well.
I have never had a bad experience at City Creek Cheesecake Factory. Food is always delicious. You can't go wrong. Do be prepared to spend about $50-65 per person including tax and tip if you plan to have a non alcoholic beverage and a slice of their amazing cheesecake along with your meal. Portions are generous and quality is excellent so very worth the price.
Service was beyond bad, ate there two days hoping it was better. Food was greasy and unappealing.Looking for somewhere else to eat.
