The Habit Burger Grill - Salt Lake City

To get a togo order for my birthday and home, we noticed that the order was completely wrong. The ticket on the bag was right (which I checked in the store) but the burgers were completely wrong and we got only one page that was also wrong. This company has no direct connection between the customers and the physical stores, so a correction was impossible. All I could do was email the customer service team to explain the situation and ask for a refund, as I did not want to go back the whole way and wait 30 minutes until the food is to be restored. I would have gone back if I could have said it was already cooked. The customer service team took 2 days to respond and offered me Chartickets to use on a future order. This event has also completely changed my birthday plans for the evening. I never had given back such a hard time for a wrong order.

I ordered the Portobello on Sauerteigbrot and it was pretty good. My only complaint was the Burgerpatty was smaller than the bread, so the corners ended only bread and vegetables. We ordered a lot of food for other family and they could get everything to us quite quickly.

I was in this restaurant a few times and I always had a good experience. The burgers are good and the frits are also good. The reason I give four stars is, I don't think it's the best food I've ever had, and I'd rather have some other burger connections in the area. I love her Strawberry Limeade it is really good and it says it is freshly assembled daily. The service is always good for me, I never had a problem or waited a long time for my food. I will definitely go back because everything is good.

The habit was good, service was in order for well made frits, but received normal boiled frits. It seems that it's just a bit different from where it was in S.B., but the food was okay. The restaurant was clean.

They have good burgers, but 80% of the time they aren?t cooked. I have gotten about 5 raw burgers (asked for well done) in a 7 month period. Staff has been great, but please fix this problem of raw burgers at this location.
