My friend treated me to the delicious Lemon Ginger scones, which were absolutely amazing. I may need to make a trip to Salt Spring Island to get some for myself.

It is so surprising and delightful to find this little sweet business in the middle of the pastoral Fulford Valley on Salt Spring Island. I just love it! All I had was great, but the ice sandwiches are my favorite.
