This is a wonderful... The food is freshly prepared and beautifully presented...La Tacita offers some of the best Empanadas in Salta, freshly made and served by a friendly manager / waiter from Bolivia.... Ideal place for a fast food stop during the... highly recommended.

Host was very nice and welcoming, small and intimate place, perfect for a chilled lunch in the center! Some of the best empanadas I had in my 3 months in South America!

I and my friend were so impressed by this place, the man ran it really friendly (and patient with our broken Spanish) and made us feel so welcome. The empanadas quickly came out and were served with a spicy sauce, the taste was amazing!... We were shocked by the great value when we got the bill, especially given the quality. Also in a beautiful location with lots of art on the walls, remembers a traditional Italian café.

This place has always been there because the food is so good. Our leader recommended it for the best enchiladas in the city, and we must agree! Great location too.

I said it before and I say it again: La Tacita does the best baked empanadas, in the World! The self made hot salsa that comes with it adds to perfection.
