SP20 - Salvador

#Appropriations # > We had dinner late one night, we were seven people. we ordered 1 1 southwest and Australian barbecue. the quantities were sufficient for all. Beers came super cold and the ribs were a delicious Australian barbecue.

Last Saturday (19/mar) around 17h I went with my wife to the sp20. as we have been there a few times, when arriving at the site we drive the internal part to the left, more reserved where we usually stay. to our surprise, we were approached by a waiter (not identified) who asked us if someone else would come. We said no and the same reported that then we could not stay in that place and that the same was meant for groups. with the restaurant was empty (approximately 8 people,) questioned if the space was reserved. the same said no and continued insisting that space was for a greater number of people. by realizing that we weren’t agreeing to restructure: “as you won’t be long, you can stay there.” we did not ask 2 times and we went away totally disappointed that the service. a pity, because the place has excellent food and, until then, provided great care. We don't intend to come back anymore.

The food is wonderful, the drinks are very creative, for those who enjoy Japanese food is also very good, but in the outside environment it makes a lot of heat, and the care needs dr improvements. out that, I recommend!

The sp20 offers a differentiated service, where customers are satisfied, in cooking, the head of sushibar, tone, always charismatic and attentive. * At the top of the restlounge has an environment that fit 130 people (good for birthday, meeting, ballad, fraternization.) that has diverse musicas with excellent djs and good care, for so much more than we recommend.
