Amaluna Vegan Lab - Salvaleon de Higuey

This is the best vegan restaurant I visited in Latin America during my 4-month trip. The food was incredibly delicious, with unique and unbuyable items that you won't find anywhere else. They have their own small kitchen where they develop and create their own products that taste incredibly good. I highly recommend this place!

The food was absolutely delicious! I wish we could have dined in, but due to COVID restrictions, we had to take our food to-go. I'm sure it would have been even more amazing straight from the kitchen. I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The setting and the food were beautiful. When I visited, there was only one option available, but it was delicious. The staff was accommodating of my gluten intolerance, which was greatly appreciated.

What a nice lunch in amaluna. the garden, which doubles as the it area is a beautiful little oasis, eating was excellent (and I am not even vegan,) and the owner was simply beautiful. the prices seem high at first sight, but the portions are huge, and it comes with an aromatized tee. they also brought a bundle of water with gurken without additional cost, so the price they see on the menu is all they have to pay. the desserts were also incredible. we had the chocolate cake and the carrot cake.
