Café restaurant l'Union - Salvan

We did not know at all this restaurant and we were surprised in very well, warm atmosphere, young and dynamic bosses, dishes not out of the boxes but by the fact home, the risotto with real gambas and cooked just to point, etc. a real treat

Very nice place excellent meals of dishes full of colors of the originality of the card (calf ribs). quite rare service very pro. super nice bosses of the Valaisan wines at the top everything was good. and very neat and surprisingly generous desserts card I strongly advise you

What a beautiful surprise perfect , nice little terrace , and exceptional kitchen . despite the patron’s youth, this establishment is led by master’s hand. beautiful map we were able to taste with delectation. risotto perfectly executed, sole meunière perfect ... in short, not enough words for the meal we enjoyed. The waitress was also at the small care. as we told the master of the places, he can sleep quietly with a kitchen and such a .bravo

We went there without knowing where we were going. And the idea of going to salvan would hardly enchant us. but as soon as we arrived at the union, we were surprised by the framework. Simple, painless. the stones and the wood are highlighted and the menu on the slate, put the water at the mouth. the dishes offered are simple, original and my god, devilly delicious!! without lying, we have only very (too) rarely eaten as well in a restaurant that does not pretend to be a gastro! Fantastic! and thank you for the cake specially made for the birthday of one of our friends and for the girls cocktails! We'll be back! Salvan is not so far!!

Beautiful setting, quality/price, and the top service has not to be missed. I can only advise you.
