Balthazar Cafe and Sandwich Bar

A really nice, informal bar near the old town. maybe not suitable for Friday night young travel, but if you want to drink one or two bierchen once on the afternoon with a nem kumpel. By the way, the football also went quite relaxed and what you have to keep the owner too good is his correctness. simply through and through a beautiful type.

Beautiful bar with a very friendly waiter, delicious cool beer and relaxed bar atmosphere. If I'm in salzburg soon, I'd like to come back here.

Perfect location for a drink while visiting the city. Right on the river in the new part of the city.

We popped our noses in as we read somewhere the cafe does Thai food! There was no way any of us would eat in there if you could as it wreaked of smoke. A real downside of Salzburg. Smoking and eating should never mix anywhere. Needless to say we left immediately!

There is a time when you find yourself very far from home, feeling like a total stranger and you just need a place of warmth to get you going again. Then the road brought me to this place. It felt like coming home... I met a bunch of friendly, helpful people and a cool owner who is always open for a chat. Highly recommended
