China-Asia - Salzburg

Ich und mein Kollege waren spontan hier, ohne die Bewertungen vorher gelesen zu haben. Preise sind Salzburg gerecht und das Essen war gut, wir hatten beide jeweils Sushi und ich als Vorspeise Nudeln mit Ente. Auch die Leute um uns herum fanden ihr Essen gut. Aus aktueller sich kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Bedienung war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend dazu mit nem geilen Dialekt, es war zudem sauber. Ich würde hier wieder essen.

Wir waren während unseres Salzburg Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichem Lokal. Ein wirklich sehr netter Chef und sehr gutes japanisches Essen. Qualität der Speisen waren hochwertig. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Food prices listed outside seem reasonable but when you get inside the prices on the menu are much more expensive. The waiter was pushy and tried to get us to order quickly, we were not really excited by the range of options on the rather...grubby menus but we were hungry and against our better judgement decided to stay. We ordered a duck teppanyaki and a plate of sushi. The waiter asked if we wanted plain or fried rice, we assumed it was included in the teppanyaki dish, so we ordered fried rice. When the dish came it had plain rice; I told the waiter we'd ordered fried rice but would stick with the plain rice. Then he insisted on bringing fried rice too; this was essentially rice with oil on it, no additional ingredients. The sushi was disappointing, especially the rolls which were made with bits of crab stick. When we got the bill I discovered that fried rice was an extra and we had been charged for it! I expressed my unhappiness to the waiter and he first offered to round the bill down from to then when I continued to object said he would charge for plain rice instead of fried. My overall experience at this place was not a positive one; I would not recommend it.

On one of the main shopping streets of Salzburg we decided on this more for the price of food on offer and the fact it was lighter food than everywhere else and that was what we fancied but once we had taken out seats and...given the menu it was more of a Japanese style that Chinese but this di not put us off. Also the menu prices were different than the boards downstairs and when questioned were advised that those were take-away prices and not eat in. That said the eat in prices were not over expensive in comparison with other restaurants and so we placed our order. So two large plates of tasty Tori Teriyaki and a couple of soft drinks all for under wasn't too bad. desert menu was a little scarce and we had paced an ice cream parlour a little further down the street and so we headed there for a sweet cake to share. Upstairs in the restaurant is very comfortable and fresh and when we were there only one other table was taken. Still it was a Monday night and trade was slow.
