Parada La Manzana - Samana

Great starting point for the hike to the Limon waterfall's. We hiked all the way on sneakers. It was a bit slippery but doable and we're not that fit. You can also get boots (it's muddy) or go all the way on horseback. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was the first time I went and it's an amazing experience in the Limon Jump, I want to go again.

The place was beautiful, the horse rides were enjoyable, thanks to the incredible guides, food was tasty, delicious and good variety on their buffet.The only thing that truly bothered many of us, is that they charge for the horse rides and buffet, but the guides, who make sure the horses do the work, run after them on foot, explain everything we see, and are responsible for our safety, don't get a penny, for their work; you read it right; they are slaves.The owners expect tourist to pay for the service, but nowhere I saw a sign saying so, therefore these young men, go home without pay, quite often.We were not prepared for this, nobody told us, the guides have to fetch for themselves.They get food, but they cannot live on 1 dinner a day.This should be illegal. Even though, the owners feed and maintain the horses, this attraction would not be available without these young men.I suggested a sign saying; DONATION FOR GUIDES WELCOMESUGGESTION $10, but the woman that runs the place, just smile.This was not a language problem, my native language is Spanish

A very comfortable and recreational space and the food is very good.
