Ichiban Sushi Bigmall - Samarinda

Perfect, view of the river, real sushi and sashimi, fresh food, good service

Not the best sushi in town, but still my favorite. Their Donburi menu are quite big portion.

Taste is good to average for japanese resto.. last time we go there tuna is empty and make us have to change everything from tuna to other..

The decor and ambience is adequate. Services are very slow. We ordered a sushi set, but i think either the cook forgot to make it or the waiters gave it to the other table, it took so long to reach our table.

I've chose this place for me to eat everytime i go to bigmall. The taste is more delicious than the other outlet, and i've been there recently for like 3 times and they didn't serve the guest well : They seemed like they were annoyed by us, no smile and they were so late too : I came first than the other guest, i've been waiting for like 15 mins but they chose to come to those guests : They also ignored us when we call them : This is so disappointed, this is my favorite japanese restaurant and i couldn't find any better place but why their service has decreased and become worst everytime i go there? And the last time i went there last week, the manager handled us and he also not friendly at all : I work in a hospitality industry too, no matter how hectic you are you still need to give them the best service as you can. This is very disappointed : I hope they will try to fix it because i really love their food.
