Just be straight to the point, food just nice, not that tasty, but just nice. Waiting time, yup.. Need to wait a little extra time, but not that late. I eat seafood and other delicacies like kangkongs and bean sprouts. Parking, hemmm... The restaurant only have small parking space, but that no problem as you can park elsewhere nearby. This restaurant also near to the Holland Bakery, so after eating at the Raja Kepala Ikan you can go to the bakery shop. Overall, ok laa...
