Contribuisci feedbackWe went to this restaurant because it had good reviews. I ordered the “vegetarian” Lagman (noodle dish in any kind of soup with vegetables), for which the waiter ensured that vegetarian, long history short, I found two pieces of meat. Since the dish came very fast, they certainly had the time to make a separate vegetable soup stock. I suppose they serve the "vegetarian" Lagman by bringing only the flesh out of the ordinary Lagman. The other supplements we ordered were not particularly good either. We left very bad aftertaste.
The restaurant is beautiful with an outer and inner (w/ AC) location to eat. If vegetarian or vegan, specify it to the owner who prepare a tailored vegetarian or vegan plov, the national Ouzbek dish. Other VG dishes were present: Samsas, salads, etc. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
Many vegetarian options and it is not vegetable salad, but Usbek traditional reeipes adjustment. The owner is very nice and will take care of you. I advise this restaurant and I tried the vegetarian Plov, Samsa and Mantu.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, but the "vegan" Lagman we have ordered came with two small pieces of meat in it, which seems to corroborate the suspicion raised by the reviewer that the meat is simply removed before serving. We were also not 100% sure about the broth of the two soups we ordered despite the persistence of the owner that these were vegan... updated from the previous rating on 2022 08 07
I ordered the veg plov, and it arrived after 3 minutes, i highly doubt they had prepared a vegan version of plov. And the color it had and everything looked like it was cooked with meat, just removed... disgusting experience. I also ordered the manti, but who can trust now...
