We have been going to Lacassagne for over five years now, and were amazed to find that it has still not found its way onto Tripadvisor.Basically, this is a small French ferme-auberge run by the delightful Piris family, who provide superb food, most of which is raised on their farm, and a very reasonably-priced and carefully chosen wine list in an outstanding setting (log fires in winter, and outside tables on the terrace overlooking the valley in summer). There is a selection of menus, although we would highly recommend selecting one that includes the home made foie gras. The portions are very generous, and the quality is outstanding. If you are anywhere in the area, and want a special evening in a magical setting, with food and wine to match, then go to Lacassagne...
