Papa Johns Pizza - Sammamish

Came for delivery at 10.40, the guy from personal said that they are closed and can't give me order before 11, they are opening at 11, but on maps work starts at 10, i was riding 15 min from Bellevue, thanks....

If I could give this store a negative score, it would be a 5!!! Email confirmation came at 5:05 saying approximately 38 minute arrival. Papa track is BS! First time I looked at the tracker it said on it 's way delivery approximately 16 minutes, 5:43 , second time I looked showed on it 's way delivery approximately 18 minutes, 5:58 , third time I looked showed delivery approximately 24 minutes, 6:10 . Called the store to ask where my order was. When I recommended that if they are going to use Door Dash, they should not advertise the Papa Track , the manager with an asian accent said, You should have done carry out! and then he hung up the phone on me! This is the third time this store has messed up and not owned up to their mistakes or tried to be apologetic. Order finally came at 6:10pm and Door Dash driver was very unapologetic also! Never again!

Ordered 3 large pizzas. Took 15 mins to take an order but if it's a busy day, then it's a busy day. Got a real bored lady at the till. Got charged $85 for 3 large, pointed to the bold advert that 5 topping pizza is $15 each and then it goes down to $73. Was in a hurry so placed my order. Got a receipt that says my amount and nothing else. But never mind cause, don't think I'm going back there.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Placed an order at 5 pm waited 3 HOURS and it wasn’t even started. Called the store, i was on hold for 30 minutes and when they answered the excuse was that they were busier than ever, as an understanding customer I decided to wait for my food to be made and delivered. Is currently 9 pm and not only i never got my food delivered but also customer service was absolutely unhelpful. I asked for our food to be remade and a full refund to which the employee answered for it to be impossible… so not only i was not gonna received my order but also they were not willing to give me my money back. An order worth 79 dollars. This place uses DoorDash delivery service, this company is absolutely unreliable, the delivery driver never even made it near my house, and as we explained the situation to both DoorDash and Papa Johns they said the “best” they can do is remade our food IN 48 HOURS!!! Hear me out. If your driver is someone called Gale S. Please be aware. DO NOT ORDER PAPA JOHNS DELIVERY trust me I’m doing you a favor. This has happened to a bunch of people now.

Waited over 3 hours for the order to be on its way, once the order was ready they had door dash pick up the order an make their way to deliver it. the door dash driver never showed up, tracking the order they drove right past us an kept going for about another miles than the order showed up as delivered. i called DD support which they said on we are sorry cant help, they sent me to papa johns support which told me that the only thing she can do it get a refund started for me an have the branch manager contact me in 48 hours for the refund. asked her if i can get a remake of the order because the door dash driver stole our order she said no we are unable to remake the order. never using door dash an never ordering from this location again, rather have dominions, not the best but they have better service
