Came for the weekend in sf and decided to try bloom and make a tour through the chocolate factory. had ordered a flight with cake, icy chai and an icy mocha. service was excellent. the front entrance of the load was a little loud and busy, but bloom offered a half-quiet space to enjoy some afternoon treatments. the first cake we tried was cassis and erdnus butter. this was a little dry. the combination tasted more akin to hoisin sauce and erdnus butter. the second pane of cake was carrot and ginger. That was pretty good. the last disc was chocolate with a small puppy game of acidic saw. the chocolate was very rich and by far the best. the drinks were small. the chai was good on itself, but not good with the cake flight due to the interplay between the seasoned in the drink and the aromen of cake. the icy mocha was a fantastic, refreshing squirrel of chocolate on a warm afternoon. overall this was a good experience, especially due to the fantastic factory tour we had with christine! the tour went up, which would otherwise have been an overpriced and under delivered dining room experience at bloom. In summary, the culinary experience at bloom can be seen, beautifully presented in a pleasant atmosphere, but it lacks the overall version.
The small caffe is located within the factory. if they never ask the server for recommendations before. we started with a pot of the house hot chocolate, which was rich and tasty. we shared the cake break and the chocolate break. from the cale break the carrots and chocolate cakes were the best. the pb
